Must be 21+ to rent a room 

Individual must be able to pay for their stay without third party, family, or friends paying on their behalf

First week prepaid in full + 2 weeks room pay security deposit + $100 key deposit

Ex: (8' X 10' Room) is $160 + $320 + $100 = $580 First Week Payment

(Additional Weeks will be at their standard weekly rate)

*Minimum stay - 4 Weeks*

Optional at the extra cost of $15 / week
